It’s about making sure our customers receive that message through our marketing channels. There are parts of the role that are difficult, one example is trying to promote how passionate our staff are about working for Jacksons and the effort that goes into making the products. Unless you visit our site and get to meet some of our staff in our manufacturing plants, I don’t believe you will ever feel the passion that our staff have simply by looking on our website. What’s it like to work here? I never thought that I would stay working for one company for more than a few years as in my mind a role would lose excitement and it means that I was becoming stagnant.
