Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via email, phone, or ticketing system. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed to the development or engineering teams. Document support interactions, solutions, and best practices in internal knowledge bases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer support experience. Monitor support metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Assist in onboarding and training of new clients on software tools or platforms. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution to customer issues in line with SLAs.
