Currently Open Positions Technical Support Specialist Remote Working remotely, you'll be expected to perform the following duties: - Providing billing and technical support - Coorindation with our on-site teams for deployment of new orders - Assisting Customers with Minecraft related support - Debugging hardware and software issues We're looking for staff to work 12AM -> 8AM EST (5AM -> 1PM BST) Starting pay is $19/hr with bonuses of up to $21.85/hr Full details of the position are provided on the application page located here Data Centre Technician Hybrid Working partly out of our Coventry based Data Centre, you'll be expected to perform the following duties: - Deployment and racking of servers - Providing billing and technical support - Debugging software and hardware issues - Tracking and processing stock deployment We're looking for staff to work 9AM -> 5PM Monday - Friday (UK Time - BST) Starting pay is $18.50/hr with bonuses of up to $21.25/hr 28 days paid holiday with a flexible booking policy Full details of the position are provided on the application page located here Content Creator Remote We're looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team and produce various content for our social platforms, duties will include: - Creating engaging videos for our various social channels. - Designing visuals/stock images for our brand to be used on social media. - Minor social engagement with our social channels, such as TikTok comments. - Updating & creating various helpdesk guides & articles for our clients. We'll be looking for flexible hours, however, you'll be expected to be available Monday through Friday.
