IT Support Technician - Corenettech
About this role
You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems, and supporting end-users both remotely and on-site. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing employees Install and maintain business-critical applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, antivirus software) Assist with basic server and network support under guidance from senior techs Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights using Active Directory and other tools Log support requests in the ticketing system and track resolution How to Apply: To apply, please send your CV to [email protected] Use “IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN – [Your Name]” and mention JD-IST-003 as the subject of your email.
