We need to strengthen the support team and as such are looking for a Field Engineer to help support 2nd Line and some 3rd line technical issues on and offsite for customer base. As a Field Support Engineer you’ll be used to supporting MS Windows Servers, Exchange, Active Directory Azure, O365, Hyper V, VMware. This role will involve a split of WFH and Field based Support. Skills Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role of supporting servers, networks, printers, PC’s and applications. Ideally this would have been gained within a field role Proven experience of enterprise mainstream technologies and applications primarily focused on Microsoft products such as O365, Azure, Hyper-V, Active directory well as anti-virus and backup solutions Experience with other enterprise mainstream technologies and applications such as Citrix, VMware and Cisco are desirable Relevant experience of managing, maintaining and supporting peripheral equipment including routers, switches, hubs, UPS’s, printers etc Industry recognised accreditations such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCA, CCNA are highly desirable If you are a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer with Field experience then this is a great opportunity to join one of the UKs leading MSPs.
