Customer Success Manager - SOC Location : Cardiff, CF10 1FS (hybrid) Salary : £40,000+ dependant on experience Shift Pattern : Monday - Friday Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week PureCyber is in an exciting phase of growth, and we’re expanding our team to strengthen the customer experience across our Security Operations Centre. In a SOC environment, every customer relies on fast insight, clear communication, and confidence in the protection around them. Our Customer Success Managers sit at the heart of the SOC experience, translating complex security activity into meaningful outcomes, guiding customers through evolving threats, and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and protected at every step. This role blends cyber security awareness, operational coordination, and relationship leadership. You’ll help customers understand the impact of our monitoring and response, shape how they engage with our security services, and ensure they consistently receive the value, clarity, and reassurance expected. As a Customer Success Manager at PureCyber, you will bring proven experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management or Project Management, ideally within cyber security or managed services. SOC Analyst (Level 2) Location : Cardiff, CF10 1FS (hybrid) Salary : Dependent on experience Shift Pattern : 4 days on, 4 days off Contracted Hours: 44 hours per week (12 Hour Shift, days/nights) As a Level 2 SOC Analyst, you will be central to maximising the position of the SOC as a service provider to our clients, and our overall reputation as a leading provider of Cyber Security services. You will provide in depth analysis of alerts as identified and escalated by Level 1 SOC analysts and take full ownership of the security incident management process, including customer notification, severity-based prioritisation, investigation, customer updates, identification of remedial actions, reporting and closure.
