We require guards to read and follow the assignment instructions an provide a positive customer experience for our clients. When working on customer facing sites, we do not allow guards to use digital devices such as laptops, game systems or mobile phones (other than for the occasional urgent message) We will never pay less than the real living wage - if the rates on a job fall below this, it may be that the posting hasn't been updated to reflect a rate change.
