Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Augmented) viktoria horboruk Published: 7 Jul, 2026 Share: We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong ownership mindset who enjoys working across the entire software development lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. AI is an essential part of our engineering culture—we’re looking for someone who actively uses modern AI coding tools and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery, improve software quality, and automate repetitive engineering tasks while maintaining high standards through thoughtful validation and testing. You’ll work closely with leadership, influence architectural decisions, and help build scalable products used in mission-critical infrastructure. The project is an AI-powered cloud platform designed to automate fleet toll management and related financial operations. The platform processes high volumes of toll transactions, payments, vehicle recognition data, and operational workflows, providing fleet operators with a seamless and scalable solution. Working Hours: Strong overlap with US Eastern Time is required. Requirements: 7+ years of commercial software engineering experience Strong backend experience with Python and/or Go (adjacent stacks such as Node.js, Java/Kotlin, Ruby, C#/.NET, or Rust are also welcome) Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, API development, and distributed systems Experience owning the full SDLC, from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support Strong hands-on experience with AI-augmented software development using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, OpenAI Codex, or similar Experience designing AI-driven engineering workflows, including agent-based development, automated code review, AI-assisted testing, prompt engineering, MCP integrations, custom workflows, or other productivity-enhancing AI practices Ability to leverage AI as a force multiplier while maintaining high engineering standards through validation, testing, and code quality Strong understanding of software architecture, testing strategies, CI/CD, and performance optimization Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills with a focus on identifying root causes Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make technical decisions independently Experience as a Founding Engineer or early-stage startup engineer Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with high autonomy Strong English communication skills (B2 – C1) Nice to Have: Experience building products from 0 to 1 Experience shipping mobile applications to the Apple App Store or Google Play Experience with Flutter / Dart, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of full-stack features across backend services, APIs, data layers, and user-facing applications Build and maintain backend systems using Python and/or Go Design scalable solutions using PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS infrastructure Contribute to mobile applications built with Flutter for iOS and Android Apply AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and review processes Design and improve AI-driven validation loops, including automated testing, AI-assisted code review, and regression checks Own testing strategy across unit, integration, end-to-end, and smoke testing layers Improve system performance through profiling, database optimization, caching strategies, and infrastructure improvements Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions Participate in architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend scalable approaches Improve deployment processes, observability, and engineering reliability Work closely with a distributed team in an async-first environment We offer: Competitive salary Vacation (up to 20 working days) Paid sick leaves (10 working days) National Holidays as time off Flexible working schedule, remote format Direct cooperation with the customer Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy and great team spirit Challenging projects in diverse business domains and a variety of tech stacks Communication with Top/Senior level specialists to strengthen your hard skills Online teambuildings Send CV First name* Last name Email* Phone Cover Letter 300 Add attachment (pdf, doc, docx) up to 5 MB Dear , Thank you for applying for the position at nCube.
