Apply Now SHARE POSITION OVERVIEW: We're looking for a motivated Junior Software Quality Engineer who is passionate about software quality, enjoys finding problems before users do, and is excited to grow in modern software testing. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in Quality Engineering. You'll work alongside developers, designers, and product managers to ensure every product we ship is reliable, user-friendly, and production-ready. We believe modern QA is more than manual testing—it's about understanding products, leveraging AI, and continuously improving quality through smart testing and automation. What You'll Do Test web and mobile applications for functionality, usability, performance, and reliability. Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and bug reports. Perform functional, regression, exploratory, cross-browser, and cross-device testing. Verify bug fixes and ensure release readiness. Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle. Maintain clear testing documentation and release reports. Learn and contribute to automation testing initiatives. Use AI tools to improve test case generation, bug analysis, documentation, and overall testing efficiency. Continuously improve testing processes and stay updated with modern QA practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing fundamentals. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Strong willingness to learn new technologies and modern testing practices. Technical Skills Manual Testing Functional Testing Regression Testing Exploratory Testing Bug Reporting & Documentation Test Case Design API & Database Postman REST API Testing Basic SQL Development Knowledge Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Basic Git knowledge is a plus Modern Testing & Automation (Preferred) Experience with or willingness to learn: Playwright Cypress Selenium API Automation Python or JavaScript for Test Automation CI/CD testing workflows Cross-browser & Cross-device testing Performance and Accessibility testing (nice to have) AI-Assisted Testing We encourage our engineers to embrace modern AI-powered workflows.
