Know-how:- Experience with a range of Digital technologies from Software to Operational Hardware Experience with a range of analytical technologies including SAS, proprietary Machine Learning tools, data automation systems. Proficiency in database languages/ query generation. Extensive knowledge on software licensing requirements. Extensive background in analytics, statistics, and big data management. Deep knowledge of various process improvement tools. Must have experience in a renowned CRM and SAP/MS Dynamics ERP. Experience in preparation of IT budget. Experience in conducting technical reviews, performing the compliance check regularly, along with brainstorming new ideas.
