You’ll work closely with developers, strategists, and product managers to bring digital experiences to life, from idea to execution. Whether it’s a web platform, a mobile app, or an internal tool, you’ll be responsible for shaping interfaces that are both functional and delightful. What you’ll do Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive design solutions Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes Work closely with product and development teams to ensure designs are implemented smoothly Conduct and analyse user research and usability testing Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging tools Present work clearly and confidently, backing your choices with logic and empathy What we’re looking for 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio that shows your design thinking, process, and attention to detail Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (we use Figma mostly) A solid understanding of responsive design and web accessibility Familiarity with front-end concepts (no coding required, but bonus if you’re curious) Ability to give and receive constructive feedback A balance of creativity and systems thinking. You care about the small things without losing sight of the big picture Nice to have Experience working on SaaS platforms or enterprise products Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven design decisions What it’s like here We’re a team that values clarity, collaboration, and craft.
