The role We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to take ownership of delivery across multiple client projects. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping projects moving, aligned, and delivered to a high standard. You’ll be the link between clients and the internal team — ensuring clarity, momentum, and quality at every stage. What you’ll be doing Acting as the main point of contact for clients during delivery Gathering and clarifying requirements to ensure projects are set up for success Translating requirements into clear tasks and timelines Managing project plans, timelines, and priorities across multiple workstreams Keeping clients informed with regular updates and progress reports Coordinating designers and developers to ensure smooth delivery Running quality assurance before anything goes live Identifying risks, blockers, and gaps early — and resolving them proactively Ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard What we’re looking for You’re likely a strong fit if you: Have 3+ years experience in a digital project management role or within an agency environment Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once Can confidently communicate with clients and manage expectations Are a self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction Have strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing work before launch Can translate technical or design work into clear, client-friendly language Nice to have Experience working with Webflow Exposure to SEO, CRO, or digital marketing workflows Experience working with design systems or component-based builds What matters most We’re not looking for someone to just “manage tasks”.
