About this role
Overview As a backend API developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable, secure, and reliable backend APIs in .Net C# to support our web and desktop applications. You will collaborate with front end React developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs. Responsibilities Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and reliable backend APIs to support internal web and desktop applications as well as the game. Work closely with front end React developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs. Ensure the security and privacy of data is maintained. Work with git and maintain code/version control across projects. Optimize APIs and fine-tune performance for improved user experience. Manage databases (postgres) and perform backups and data recovery activities. Work with CircleCI, Nuget, Terraform, Docker, and other tools to facilitate automation, configuration, and deployment. Requirements 3+ years experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable backend APIs using .Net C#. 3+ years experience with Database administration. Familiarity with Git, CircleCI, Nuget, Terraform, Docker, and other related tools. Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with front end React developers, and other cross-functional teams to achieve overall project goals. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
