We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to drive data-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze & interpret campaign and sales data. Create daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Track KPIs, revenue performance & conversion metrics. Develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Identify trends, gaps & performance improvement areas. Work closely with Operations, QA & Management teams. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (B2B preferred). Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros). Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio. Basic understanding of CRM data & reporting tools. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
