2nd Line Support Analyst - Leading Web Design & SEO Agency
About this role
If successful, you will be a 2nd line analyst and escalation point for all IT support queries within a well-established private healthcare provider. You will work with a variety of users to resolve or escalate their technical issues in a prompt and professional manner. As one of the 2nd line Support Engineers, you will act as the escalation point for the 1st line team, providing email and telephone-based support for the wide client base, and escalating issues to the 3rd line team where required. There may also be an occasional need to travel to client sites for onsite fixes, giving you an opportunity meet and learn about companies, in lots of different business sectors.
