About this role
This role is designed for someone with a strong academic background in computing, information systems, or a related IT discipline who is eager to develop into a professional consultant working with ERP and CRM platforms. As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will receive full training and mentorship from our experienced consultants. You will start by shadowing client workshops, assisting with requirements gathering, and learning how to configure business systems. Over time, you will take on more responsibility, including delivering demonstrations, supporting project documentation, and helping clients adopt new solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will quickly gain exposure to real-world projects and learn how technology can transform business processes. We are looking for candidates who have recently completed a degree in computing, IT, or a closely related field, and who demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have an interest in business systems, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in ERP, CRM, or business software is not required, but any exposure to these systems during university projects, internships, or work placements would be an advantage.
