There is now an exciting opportunity to join our team and work with a nationally recognised Digital Agency as a Full Stack Web Developer. You will have further opportunities to continue your career as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities and Duties To develop websites (front and back end) using HTML (preferably on the Laravel Framework). Bug fixes in both new and existing clients. Work in conjunction with development partners. Your day-to-day work will include: Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards and market trends. Develop eCommerce Websites for clients in a timely manner Use of PHP (On WordPress and other Frameworks) Use of HTML (preferably on the Laravel Framework but not necessary) Build websites in conjunction with development partners (currently partnered with Aero and WP Engine) Make changes to existing websites Some existing clients are built on WordPress using Elementor front end. Develop new modules for web builds when required SEO – Off Page (technical changes) Able to handle multiple workflows, whilst dealing with internal members of staff to answer any account queries they have. The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads is essential. Working to team and individual targets Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. Skills Good communication skills both internally and externally. You will be dealing with account managers and the wider operations team. Must have good task management and organisation skills. Design is important for both front end and UX. Competitor research will be required to ensure we are at least on par with what is already out there. The back end development will require the ability to ensure all components are working smoothly with little to no issues. Bugs can occur so must always be resolved in a quick manner. Some knowledge of CRO for paid ads. Good commercial acumen Good written English Excellent Computer Skills Nice to Have Tailwind CSS, Ubuntu, Docker Essential / Desirable (Used in Aero). Experience in Database management SQL. Git Hub is used as a method to publish changes on Aero so skills in this would be highly desirable. Experience with AWS would also be beneficial. E-commerce development/mentality is a must. Experience in DNS and subdomains. Experience with GTM and Tracking – Desirable.
