Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Design: Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Cloud Management: Manage and maintain cloud environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimizing cloud resources. Deployment & Automation: Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud processes, and manage deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud environments adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. Implement and manage security controls and data protection measures. Performance Optimization: Monitor cloud performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resources to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and IT teams to support cloud-based applications and services. Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-related issues. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, including network, storage, and compute problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For: Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including hands-on experience with cloud services and solutions. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and services. Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Security Knowledge: Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security measures and compliance controls. Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure. Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs, with a willingness to learn and stay updated with cloud industry trends. Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
