We are looking for an experienced and forward thinking Developer, who wishes to work in new opportunities, build their career and join our collaborative team of experts. Day to Day Responsibilities Teammate Interaction – work alongside folks like Project Manager, Coordinators, UX / UI Designers and other friendly Dev's as part of a larger team. Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Laravel applications. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Deployment of applications & services Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between systems. Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions. Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning. Must Have's 3+ years of professional experience using Laravel Strong understanding of MVC architecture , ORMs (Eloquent) , and service containers . Experience with MySQL databases, including schema design and query optimisation. Solid understanding of API development (REST, JSON). Proficient in Git and modern version control workflows (GitHub/Bitbucket). Experience with queuing systems (e.g. Laravel Queues, Redis, RabbitMQ). Familiarity with containerisation and deployment processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working in hybrid teams. Desirable's Experience with AWS / Azure / DigitalOcean or other cloud platforms. Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g. Blade, React) for API integration. Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in the Laravel community. Working knowledge of unit testing and automated testing tools What we offer Hybrid working model – a flexible balance between office and remote working.
