The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technologies Snowflake, DBT, Azure and Power BI and have the chance to have ownership over projects and shape data assets. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the client’s London office and 2 days working from home. What You Will Be Doing: Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data models and transformations Partnering with consultants, analysts, and engineers to deliver client-facing data solutions and dashboards Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across projects, with strong attention to performance and scalability Optimising SQL queries and create well-structured, documented code for reusability and efficiency Mentoring junior engineers, sharing best practices, and acting as a technical leader within the team Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Supporting the design and build of analytics platforms and pipelines that enable self-service reporting and insight generation Experienced Needed: Proven experience in analytics engineering or BI/data roles with a focus on data modelling and transformation Proficiency in SQL and cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Azure Synapse Analytics Hands-on experience with dbt for developing, testing, and documenting transformations Strong communication skills Ability to build scalable, high-quality systems.
