Senior Quality Assurance Officer Reference: SQAC Location: South Wales Salary: Day Rate Upto £300 Type: Temporary Start: 1 month Duration: 6 months Department: Quality Just Life Sciences are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Officer who has a minimum of 6 years experience within a GMP Pharma manufacturer. Qualifications, Skills and Experience This is a hands role within a relatively small Pharma company and you will be involved with yet not limited to the following Documentation – QA review of documents; issuing documents and controlled copies, issuing logbooks and performing checks. Assisting with the DMS, creating a master index and assisting to implement and maintain a new archiving system. Quality Events -manage and complete the events workflow to ensure timely completion, or escalation to the appropriate PQS workflow if required Deviations/CAPA/Change Controls – raise and perform deviation investigations, CAPA and change control, checking of records for completion and performing QA closure. QA Administration of Q-Pulse and Quality Trackers: uploading and completion of Q-Pulse actions and records, checking target dates and liaising with QC and PR for updates and completion, reviewing training matrix/operator validation and compiling list of upcoming/overdue training/validations. Supplier Management: Assessment of suppliers, including sending and reviewing supplier questionnaires and following up Quality Review Meetings: Preparing reports, updating trending and metrics, finalising report after meeting Self-inspections Perform defined scope self-inspections Quality/Technical Review and Approval of Deviations Quality Assessment of Quality Events QA Review and Approval of Deviations QA Assessment of CAPA and Effectiveness checks Plan and Perform self-inspections Apply Now X Apply Online Applying for Name Email Mobile Message CV X Thank you Thank you for your application.
