Lead Back End Integration Developer 6th November 2024 Fully Remote UK-based role Primary Purpose: Develop and implement data integration solutions for Horizon clients using C# .NET and SQL. Contribute high-quality integrations with major platforms and custom solutions for specific client needs, overseeing projects end-to-end from conception through implementation. Key Skills & Attributes: Confident user of up to date versions of SQL, .NET, and JavaScript (including University projects) Exceptional problem-solving mindset – thrives on tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions – There will be a problem solving and technical task for this role. Highly hands-on and proactive approach; a true “Doer” who takes initiative and drives projects forward – Successful Candidate will be able to assist with Senior Manager/CTO ever increasing workloads. Passionate about self-learning and professional growth – XCM is constantly growing and has lots of exciting projects to be part of. Strong communicator, both written and verbal, across all levels – Be confident to ask a question or voice queries to the Team early. Eager to grow within the role and company – Plenty of movement for employees with the right work attitude Key Responsibilities: Engage in hands-on investigation and building of integration prototypes Tackle technical challenges head-on, contributing to technical briefings Build robust unit tests, backend databases, and frontend features as needed Actively participate in team discussions, project estimations, and support SDK documentation Leverage cutting-edge technology to create efficient data-handling processes Experience & Qualities: Strong back-end expertise with an interest in front-end development Several years in Microsoft .NET (C#, .NET Core) with an emphasis on solving complex problems Solid SQL and database architecture knowledge IT-savvy, resourceful, and highly adaptable to new challenges Familiarity with JavaScript, Webhooks, REST, and Cookies Why Work With Us: Diverse & Inclusive Workplace We always strive for diversity and inclusivity in our workplace.
