About this role

Role Overview We are seeking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to oversee the implementation of the Transportation & Logistics Platform and the successful delivery of other digital projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in Agile frameworks, Integrations and Team Management with an exposure to Client Reporting, and Data Management. Fundamentally, you will be a people person who leads by example and drives clear deliverable outcomes. In terms of sector, experience within eCommerce, Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods (CPGs). Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams Lead (including business analysts, technical teams and client-facing units) to ensure an effective communication and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes high performance and innovation. Proficient with stakeholders (operations, IT, client reporting, compliance) to deliver the platform on time and within scope, ensuring it meets business objectives and user requirements. Experienced in working within both Agile and Waterfall project environments, with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AzureDevOps, JIRA, and Confluence to drive project success. Oversee the integration of the Transportation & Logistics Platform into various platforms and applications and the client reporting framework, ensuring seamless data flows and adherence to reporting standards. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of fund data as part of the platform implementation, collaborating with data teams to meet business and regulatory requirements. Expertise in identifying and mitigating project risks RAID logs, status reports to ensure effective project governance, and managing change to ensure continuity and success within timelines and deliverables. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, ensuring that system deliverables meet user and business expectations. Qualifications and Desirable Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, specifically within the eCommerce, Transportation & Logistics sector. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, system integrations and familiarity with project management software tools. For example – AzureDevOps, Jira & Confluence etc. Knowledge of digital technologies and trends in the transportation and logistics industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Certifications in project management methodologies (eg, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM) or equivalent is highly desirable.
