The primary objective is to supply customers with the product and services they require while operating within a defined budget to meet the corporation goals and objectives. Position has budget responsibilities up to $5,000,000 and no revenue responsibilities. Technical Manager for a major resins manufacturer located in New England This position is responsible for leading the Technical Service and Plant support of the TPE plant. This person will prioritize and communicate the technical needs and direction of the plant. This includes providing technical leadership for direct reports (chemist and technicians) and colleagues, understanding customer requirements, formulating for applications, performing appropriate tests, maintaining product quality and supporting production issues when appropriate.
