We need a frontend technical lead who will be responsible for architectural decisions, technical leadership and integrations with other services and teams. Place of work Level 6, Unit 08, Block A, IRENA HQ Building Masdar City, Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Reports to PandaOmics Team Lead, DWH Manager Responsibilities: Oversee our architectural decisions pipeline and architecture review. We use a decision making framework based on the Atlassian model. Provide expertise to analysts, design and business teams during plannings. Make code reviews, mentor team members. Conduct 1x1 with the team, prepare goals and individual development plans, performance review. Develop core features and new services for PandaOmics and Pharma.AI. Creating non-standard and complex interface components to work with chemical, biological and textual data. Design common component library with Phama.AI platform. Communicate with backend team on API and scaling the service for growing demand General Requirements: I. Education Bachelor's degree/Master's degree/PhD degree in Computer Science. II.
