The Investor Relations junior will: Prepare responses to any client requests and RFPs, DDQs, RFIs by liaising with Portfolio Managers, Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations Work with the investment teams to provide updates and communication for both internal and external use Maintain the existing standard RFP responses, writing new product and organizational specific responses and managing updates and improvements Assist in the production of presentation materials, monthly fund reports, dedicated client reports Feed and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system Organize and coordinate portfolio manager roadshows, client meetings and events Maintain, manage and enhance information provision via Databases, Seminars, Industry Conferences and Annual meetings. You will likely possess: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Management or Marketing Previous experience working in an investment / financial services firm A positive attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to working in a small firm with a fast-paced team environment Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills: ability to articulate and present ideas effectively in both oral and written form Strong qualitative and quantitative skills Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team Excellent IT skills and mastery of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word A real passion and energy for marketing and sales Ability to display initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving Extremely good organization and process management skills to ensure completion of multiple tasks across multiple deadlines.
