We’re now looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us build new relationships, develop existing clients and identify opportunities for growth. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, speaking to people and helping organisations solve problems. You’ll manage enquiries from prospective and existing clients, but you’ll also spend a significant amount of your time proactively identifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, relationship building and follow-up. Working alongside our technical and operational teams, you’ll guide clients from their first enquiry through to project delivery while helping ensure they receive the outstanding service Pyro is known for. What You’ll Be Doing Building relationships with housing providers, property managers, contractors and commercial organisations. Generating new business through outbound prospecting and networking. Managing inbound enquiries from first contact through to quotation and conversion. Re-engaging previous clients and identifying new opportunities. Preparing quotations and proposals. Following up quotations using consultative sales techniques. Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our services. Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using Monday.com CRM. Working closely with our Operations team to ensure a smooth customer journey. Monitoring client review dates to generate repeat business. Contributing ideas that improve our sales process and customer experience. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is… Naturally proactive and self-motivated. Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations. Confident building relationships with decision makers. Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once. An excellent communicator who asks great questions and listens carefully. Commercially aware with a genuine desire to help clients. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Sales experience is beneficial, but attitude, enthusiasm and the ability to build relationships are even more important. Why Join Pyro?
