Account Manager Share Job Overview Reporting into the Project Management Lead, you will be a Wirebox representative accountable within a portfolio of existing SMB clients and interact and ensure that the customers’ needs are being met with a high level of service. The clients and projects are wide and varied, with expectation to deliver across online and offline projects whist maintaining consistent communication and building strong business relationships. Expected to manage client expectations within high value projects from the scoping/briefing stage through to deployment, working closely with the Project Management team at all stages. The type of projects to execute include: technical website development, mobile applications, system integrations, e-mail communication, channel planning and implementation, marketing and brand campaign creation. Support in leading client relationships whilst maintain a busy workload, actively seeking and contributing ideas and initiatives to the overall management of client accounts and business opportunities. Independently manage and deliver successful projects in this busy agency environment, through accurate planning, scoping, briefing and monitoring of all projects assigned, including managing the administration for digital projects including: updating, management and sending of weekly/fortnightly client status reports, accessing amendments, plus ongoing management and accuracy of files. Key responsibilities Project & Account management: Manage own accounts on a day-to-day basis. Scope out briefs with Project Management team and relay approach and investment to client. Responsible for costing the project and sending the scope and quote to client. Expected to time plan a critical path for the job in hand, work with PM team to schedule resource, write briefs and tasks and diarise reviews and project milestones. Proactively manage the client’s expectation on when they will receive work, quotes, rounds of amends, requests beyond what is quoted etc and when feedback from them is required, POs etc. Keep PM team aligned with your clients schedule and book resource in advance to ensure the team have capacity. As a client facing member of the team regularly run and prepare for internal/client meetings including production of agendas, required collateral, notes and room preparation. Maintain time-tracking throughout the day, leading by example. Financial management: All estimating, quoting, monthly billing plans and invoicing must be kept up to date and maintained accurately to aid financial reporting for the Directors meetings. Log all suppliers’ costs with an agreed margin and ensure the team are posting time against each correct phase of work. Manage POs from clients and create draft invoices for the month billing as intended with a description of the job estimated versus actual hours and a reason why jobs maybe overserviced. Responsible for the financial performance of projects, including management of resource, providing regular budget forecast updates and identifying methods to maximise profit and efficiency of working. Existing business – new opportunities: Work across some key accounts that have been highlighted as a priority to grow. Expected to grow accounts and proactively seek out any opportunities to offer further support and disciplines to existing clients. Work with the PM lead to scope out long- and short-term plans on how to grow accounts and set forecast figures and targets. Support pitch work and research as required. As part of this proactively seek to create insight pieces relevant to clients and also add value by sharing relevant press, insights and competitor activity. Be familiar with Wirebox case studies and create case studies for any relevant completed projects managed. About you Proven track record in account management, with strong technical experience. Ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders, project managers, and developers. Excellent organisation, scheduling and planning skills. Able to build relationships with your key accounts, listening to their needs and interpreting their requirements. A self-motivated team player that can manage their priorities to a high calibre while under pressure. A genuine interest in web, database and app development. Willingness to go the extra mile. Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Bonus points Good spreadsheet skills is a plus. Digital Designer and UX Share Job Overview You will be a Wirebox representative accountable within a portfolio of existing clients, interacting with our clients’ digital design needs, intuitively being delivered and adhering to a set of brand guidelines. Our clients’ sectors and projects are wide and varied, with expectations to deliver across digital platforms; however, may also require offline design too on occasions. In your role as a digital designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute UX expertise for various digital solutions whilst maintaining brand and communication consistency.
