Front End Developer Job description Are you a skilled UK or EU-based Front-End Developer with a passion for creating seamless and user-friendly web applications? We are seeking a talented individual to join our small, busy Development team. As a Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for our customers. Responsibilities: Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to implement and optimise user interfaces Designing and developing complex web applications using modern technologies and frameworks such as Ionic, React.JS, TypeScript and Next.JS Experience in building mobile-optimised front-ends for websites Exposure to mobile development using Ionic, React Native or other similar technologies Leading projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs Providing technical guidance and leadership to the team, and contributing to the development of best practices and standards Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes Essential Requirements: It is essential that you have perfect spoken and written English skills (you should not apply if you do not) Proven work experience as a Mobile App Developer or Web App Developer Experience with mobile and web development frameworks such as Ionic, React Native, Flutter, or Angular Solid understanding of the full mobile and web development lifecycle Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer / Front End Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web development projects Expertise in modern web development technologies and frameworks such as JavaScript and React Aware of best practices in implementing functionality into UI/UX design Desirable experience, an understanding of C#, ASP.NET, SQL and .NET Core for back-end integration Good salary negotiable dependent on experience. Technical Customer Support Specialist We are seeking a multi-talented Technical Customer Support Specialist with keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to assist in the delivery and support of our SaaS Health & Safety solution to a diverse customer base across multiple industries with varying requirements. The Technical Customer Support Specialist shall fully engage with clients from initial training and roll out of the service, including hands-on assistance and advice on the implementation of client-specific processes within the product framework, and provide continued support including troubleshooting, additional training, and efficient resolution of issues. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent problem-solver with strong initiative and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges. You must have excellent verbal and written communication, be able to earn our client’s trust and be capable of understanding complex client needs across various industries. Additionally, a willingness to be involved in other areas of the business, including product testing, is critical to the role. It is an advantage if you have experience in Health & Safety, and or Compliance processes and or experience or exposure to user testing of software products. Responsibilities: Respond to tech inquiries via helpdesk, email, online chats, phone calls, or in person Deliver on-site Initial set-up and product training Create client-specific processes within the product framework Create client-specific reference materials to support processes Provide advice and guidance on the best possible solutions for client processes Help with troubleshooting hardware and software issues Investigate and verify any issues raised and produce robust and detailed reports Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members Monitor customer complaints on all channels including social media and reach out to provide assistance Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Gather customer feedback and share it with our Sales and Marketing teams Ensure clients are making full use of our products and services Support internal product testing Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail Experience troubleshooting hardware and software Ability to contextualise concepts and apply them to multiple industries Ability to clearly and concisely create and deliver step-by-step instructions Patient, friendly demeanour with a great aptitude for listening Strong verbal and written communication skills Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Ability to manage a dynamic and varying workload supporting both client and internal functions Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback, and an improvement mindset Ideal Additional Skills and Experience: Tech savvy / interested in technology and software Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems Strong MS365 literacy Experience working in software and similar products Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role Experience in customer user training Experience with software testing Experience or knowledge of Health and Safety, and or Compliance processes This is a great opportunity to become a member of a small and professional team, focused on ensuring that our customers are happy, engaged, and making full use of our products and services.
