About this role

Current Vacancies Benefits Life at Landmark Talent Acquisition Team Recruitment Process Candidate Charter Nav - Customer Services Team Manager Landmark Geodata I have been working in office-based roles and environments for the past 15 years and always felt you should move on within three years to avoid becoming demotivated. Since joining Landmark, however, I have no desire to work anywhere else. I joined a team at an entry-level position. With the support of Landmark and my colleagues, I successfully became the manager of that team within my first three years. I’m now given the freedom to plan and prioritise my day and I’m frequently in communication with other parts of the business, making us feel like one big team instead of lots of little departments. We also have lots of social activities including Football, Badminton, Cricket, as well as some events hosted by other people at landmark including table tennis tournaments, table foosball tournaments and fundraising activities for many charities, including Mcmillan Cancer Support and Children in Need. Our vacancies Emily - Product Manager Landmark Estate Agency Services From starting in customer service in 2015 to becoming a Product Manager now, I’ve always had really supportive management teams and Landmark has supported me moving through the company to grow my career, which has been brilliant. My days are really collaborative and the work is really varied, so while it can be quite busy it’s never boring and no two days are ever the same. I also get to travel a bit too, for in-person meetings with teammates at our other office locations across the country. Landmark is a really friendly company to work for and the offices are quite relaxed, even the larger offices, so I’ve always felt comfortable talking to anybody here – from the customer service teams all the way up to our CEO. My colleagues are all genuinely supportive too and I’ve made some really great friends here. Our vacancies Anna - Head of Customer Delivery Group Software Engineering My role is very varied, and I enjoy getting to work with all the different teams that I interact with every day to deliver against our shared goals. It’s also very fulfilling to hear directly from our customers about the value that our products and deliveries give them. A highlight of my career at Landmark has been getting to work with people as a Team Lead, helping them advance their personal development, formulate training plans, and coach them to successfully land a job promotion. Landmark really cares about its people. During the pandemic, a ‘wellbeing portal’ was created, with really helpful advice for staying physically and mentally healthy during the lockdowns.
