Business Solutions Analyst The Business Solutions Analyst is a dual-discipline role serving as the primary interface between technology and business stakeholders for application development, reporting, and quality assurance. This role gathers business and reporting requirements and translates them into functional and technical designs. As a member of a small, combined BA/QA team, the Business Solutions Analyst supports quality assurance across application deliverables, including test planning, execution, and defect management. The role also provides insight and consistency for UI/UX across company websites and applications, champions emerging technologies, analytics, AI, and testing tools, and partners with IT staff to deliver business analysis and requirements gathering. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Michigan. Jr. System Administrator In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure and helpdesk functions. Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 helpdesk support, system and user provisioning/deprovisioning, Windows and Azure-based systems administration, routine maintenance and patching, vulnerability management, and participation in IT projects. The role works under the direction of the Manager, Infrastructure and Systems Security and collaborates across the organization to ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT services. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Michigan. Internal Wholesaler Responsible for promoting and selling LifeSecure ancillary products via inbound and outbound call activity. Actively sells and services agents/broker and agencies that are not assigned to Sales Managers. Foster relationships with agents, agencies and brokers to identify new sales opportunities and maximize existing sales relationships.
