Now, we’re looking for a passionate Web Developer to join our friendly, collaborative team. What You’ll Do As a Web Developer at our agency, you’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects—sometimes solo, sometimes as part of a wider team. You’ll collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to bring websites and digital products to life. Your role will include: Troubleshooting and maintaining existing client websites Developing custom WordPress and headless CMS websites (e.g. using Next.js) Writing clean, maintainable HTML, CSS (Tailwind, SCSS), and JavaScript Integrating APIs and third-party tools Ensuring sites are responsive, accessible, and performant Collaborating with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in web development (agency experience a plus) Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Next.js) Experience with WordPress , including custom theme development Solid understanding of modern HTML/CSS and responsive design principles Familiarity with version control (Git), deployment workflows, and browser debugging tools Comfortable working with REST or GraphQL APIs An eye for detail and appreciation for good design Excellent communication and time management skills What We Offer A flexible, remote-friendly working setup Supportive, collaborative culture with creative freedom Diverse and exciting client portfolio Opportunities to grow your leadership and digital strategy skills Regular team catch-ups, project retros Ready to Join Us?
