Join Our Team Business Sales Executive – Property Management Location: Cardiff or Bridgend Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Property Management / Real Estate Services About the Role We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Sales Executive to join our growing property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our residential and/or commercial property management services to property owners and investors. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in real estate or property management, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research Promote and sell property management services to landlords, property owners, developers, and real estate investors Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand needs and propose suitable solutions Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records Collaborate with operations and property management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in sales, business development, or property/real estate sales Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable) What We Offer Competitive base salary plus attractive commission structure Performance-based incentives and bonuses Career growth and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submiting their CV to info@julcom.co.uk .
