About this role

Order Processing & Client Support Process and manage log/firewood orders and enquiries ensuring databases and order records are accurate. Communication with clients and customers as appropriate such as scheduling queries. Support the implementation and administration of company health and safety procedures. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Excellent communication, organisational and document management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Confident communicator with good telephone and email etiquette. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and work under pressure. Professional, proactive and flexible approach to work. Desirable Experience Experience working within construction, arboriculture, highways, grounds maintenance, or a similar operational industry. Knowledge of health and safety administration and compliance documentation. Experience preparing job packs. Familiarity with training and competency record management.
