Primary Role Responsibilities Offline CNC programming of 5-axis milling and turning operations for new and current parts Daily leading of the machining team to maximise productivity Liaising with other functions such as the Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams on technical issues Supporting team development, mentoring and being part of recruitment activities where necessary Managing the TPM of the equipment, ensuring it functions optimally. Executing the production plan as per the customer needs. Making certain product standards and quality controls are maintained, and ensuring compliance with necessary health, safety and environmental policies and standards.
