We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to take the helm.This is a high‑impact role for someone who has delivered multiple ERP programmes end‑to‑end and knows what it takes to move an organisation from ‘requirement identification’ to ‘go‑live’ and beyond. You’ll influence strategic decisions, modernise critical systems, and help embed new ways of working that deliver measurable business benefits.Team & reportingYou’ll initially report to the Director of Finance, with the line moving to a new Head of Transformation once appointed. While the role starts without direct reports, we expect the team to grow as the programme scales. End‑to‑end delivery of our enterprise‑wide ERP implementation.Programme planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource management.Governance, reporting and assurance to senior leadership and boards.Organisation‑wide process redesign and standardisation.Stakeholder engagement across executive, operational and delivery teams.Data migration, systems integration and testing oversight.Cutover, go‑live and post‑implementation stabilisation.Benefits realisation and performance tracking.
