Closing Date: Friday 11th September 2026Fueled by bold ambition.The IFS/ERP Functional Analyst will be the connective tissue between our Solutions Architect and Operations teams — the person people come to when IFS ERP needs to work harder for Supply Chain and Manufacturing. This isn't a role where you wait for tickets to land: you'll be out finding the problems worth solving, building relationships across the shop floor and the leadership table, and turning that insight into real system improvements. If you like variety, ownership, and being at the centre of how things actually get built, this is for you.Be the connectorOwn the relationship — act as the primary point of contact for Operations on all things IFS ERP, spanning POs, RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, Manufacturing, Inventory, and ShipmentsGo find the work — proactively engage stakeholders across the organisation to surface and shape new requirements, rather than working solely from a pre-defined backlogBridge every level — move comfortably between shop-floor users and senior leadership, translating hands-on operational detail into decisions and priorities at both endsKeep production movingSupport the floor — provide day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Stores and Warehousing, Quality and Control Plans, Shop Orders and Shop Order Operations, Product Structures and Routings (including multi-level structures), and Condition CodesSpot the pattern — monitor system usage and performance within Operations modules, escalating issues and recommending optimisations before they become blockersShape the systemBuild with the team — work closely with the Solutions Architect and ERP Manager to design and implement solutions, configuration changes, and enhancementsTune the workflow — configure and customise IFS applications to streamline how Operations actually worksProve it works — support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) of changes before they go liveShare what you knowReport on it — generate and distribute operational reports using IFS BI, Power BI, or other reporting toolsTeach it — deliver end-user training and maintain clear documentation to drive system adoptionProtect it — support compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements across Operations What do we need from you?IFS know-how — hands-on experience in ERP support or operations roles, working directly with IFS ERP across Aurena, Cloud, or earlier versionsModule depth — expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules: POs, RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, MES, Shop Floor Workbench, Warehousing, and StockProduction fluency — working knowledge of Stores, Quality, Control Plans, Shop Orders, Shop Order Operations, Product Structures, Routings, multi-level structures, and Condition CodesInitiative — a self-starting mindset with the confidence to seek out requirements independently, rather than waiting to be directedTranslation skills — experience turning business needs into system requirements, working closely with technical teamsReporting fluency — familiarity with IFS Lobbies, IFS Cloud, and reporting tools such as Power BI or IFS BITechnical curiosity — a basic understanding of SQL queries, APIs, and ERP integrations is a plusRange — comfortable working across both cloud-based and on-premises ERP environmentsPeople skills — strong communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to prioritise across competing operational demands — and across audiences from the shop floor to senior leadershipPace — experience in an engineering or other fast-paced business environment, comfortable with shifting priorities and rapid turnaround A team like no other.The Cadillac Formula 1® Team challenges conventions and redefines success through bold ambition, cutting-edge innovation, and an unwavering commitment to precision and excellence—on and off the track.
