Role: SAP HCM Productivity Solution Presales Position overview As part of EPI-USE Labs Sales team, the SAP HCM Productivity Solution Presales will play a key role in helping expand EPI-USE Labs revenue and client list in the Korean market for 2025 and beyond through product and services lead opportunity conversion. The successful candidate will engage with clients to articulate the value of EPI-USE Labs solutions, particularly around SAP HCM & SuccessFactors solutions. The role combines solution consulting, presales engagement, and deep understanding of SAP's HCM solutions. EPI-USE Labs is a global software and services organization that helps clients maximize the performance and management of their SAP systems. We are pioneers in SAP HCM solutions business with having proprietary solutions like Query Manager, Variance Monitor, Document Builder and etc. Those products are also leveraged for SAP Payroll Migration to the cloud (ECP/PCE) branded in our PRISM methodology. We are seeking energetic performers who are successful, competitive, outgoing, articulate, enjoy relationship building and can sell. You should be very comfortable presenting directly to our clients and at the executive level. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective and existing clients in South Korea Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations Support the sales cycle with discovery sessions, technical architecture guidance, and proof of concept planning Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams globally to tailor solutions for local client needs Good understanding of SAP HR/HCM practice to maximize the value of our products.
