Your Experience Strong academic foundation or demonstrable project experience focused on full-stack web development . Experience with modern web technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend frameworks (React/Vue), and backend languages (Python/Node.js) . Demonstrable history of writing clean code across the stack and an eagerness to participate in end-to-end technical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities & Duties End-to-End Development Design, build, and maintain features across the entire stack, from robust RESTful APIs to responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces. UI/UX Implementation Translate design wireframes into high-quality, accessible web code and ensure visual consistency across all user touchpoints. System Architecture Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to architect scalable solutions bridging the gap between database and browser. Code Quality Write comprehensive unit tests, proactively debug full-stack issues, and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability. Essential Requirements Location: Commutable to our Truro HQ. Work Model: 100% Office-based attendance required. Software: Confident with modern JS frameworks, Git, and REST APIs. Day-to-Day Activities • Writing and optimizing code across frontend and backend. • Building responsive UIs and integrating complex REST APIs. • Troubleshooting bugs across the entire application stack. • Participating in daily stand-ups and agile sprint planning. • Reviewing peer code and submitting collaborative pull requests. 3-Month Probation Milestone At the end of your 3-month probation, you will deliver a technical presentation to your Engineering Lead. This presentation must outline your current performance, key full-stack learnings, code contributions, and provide your professional feedback moving forward. Measuring KPIs Code Quality Delivery of clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code across the stack. Sprint Delivery Successful and timely completion of assigned frontend and backend tickets. System Reliability Minimizing bugs and ensuring high performance for user applications.
