We are expanding our technology and SaaS division, and are seeking a strategic, analytical, and user-focused Product Manager / Business Analyst to shape the design, rollout, and optimisation of our digital solutions — including POS integrations, membership dashboards, and business automation systems. Role Overview This role bridges analytics and automation. The successful candidate will build dashboards, integrate APIs, and automate marketing and reporting processes using tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, and Google Data Studio. Key Responsibilities: Design and automate data collection and reporting workflows. Integrate CRM, marketing, and web data for unified dashboards. Use Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Power BI for data visualisation. Build AI-assisted workflows (using OpenAI API, NLP tools). Ensure data integrity and compliance across systems. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in data analytics or automation engineering. Strong knowledge of Make/Zapier, APIs, and database structures. Excellent Excel/Sheets and data visualisation skills. Working knowledge of Python or SQL an advantage. Attention to detail and structured documentation ability. Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000/month (based on skills) Apply Need help?
