Basic knowledge of ticketing tools (Zendesk) Provide technical assistance and support 24X7 for incoming queries and issues. Analyze issues, diagnose, and fix bugs when required. Work with development team to identify and resolve complex problems. Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs. Proactively monitor production and non-production environments and applications. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication. Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shift).
