Organization: Motibio Location: London, England, United Kingdom Role: Web3 Startup UI/UX Designer Description MOTI is dedicated to reshaping the social web using web3 technologies, prioritizing users’ ownership of their identity, data, and privacy. Our goal is to move away from the current social media landscape where users and their data are treated as commodities. In March 2023, MOTI launched its inaugural dApp – MOTI.BIO, powered by the MOTI DID Protocol. This platform allows users to monetize their identity and social capital through advertising, referrals, and affiliate marketing, consolidating their web2 social data, wallets, and KYC details in one secure platform. MOTI.BIO quickly gained traction across Southeast Asia, attracting over 5000 users within its first month. This success showcases a tangible use case for monetization through a DID protocol. Responsibilities As a UI/UX Designer at MOTI, you will focus on creating user-centric designs for upcoming product features to ensure they are intuitive, accessible, and engaging. Your role is critical in maintaining a seamless user experience across our platforms, directly impacting user satisfaction and retention. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for new features and updates. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and analyze feedback to enhance the usability of existing and new features. Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Requirements Demonstrated UI/UX design experience with a robust portfolio of design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Figma. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes. Strong visual design skills with a focus on user-system interaction.
