We seek an experienced Financial Systems Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.Duties and Responsibilities:As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for performing various budget functions involving the formulation, justification, and/or execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.High school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience, orAssociates degree and seven years of relevant experience, orBachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, orMasters's degree in a related field and no experienceMust have a working knowledge in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of budgeting.Must be proficient in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)Must be proficient in Logistics Modernization Programs (LMP)Must be proficient in Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) and Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR). Must have experience in working reimbursable MIPRs, sales orders, and Functional Support Agreements (FSAs).
