However, some experience in the following is important for this position:You have significant product design experience, ideally in complex B2B2C enterprise SaaS environments.You’re able to shape coherent product experiences across web and mobile, balancing system-wide consistency with platform-specific interaction patterns.You’ve developed a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership: framing ambiguous problems, shaping strategy, and shipping detailed, high-quality product design.You have owned or significantly shaped a design system at scale, including governance and adoption.You’re comfortable holding a high bar with autonomy, setting direction as well as following it.Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tell the story of a design decision clearly to engineers, product managers, and executives.You mentor or elevate other designers, even without formal management responsibility.You know how to use AI thoughtfully as part of the design process, from discovery and synthesis through to prototyping and product delivery.Tip for candidates: If you’re unsure whether to apply – do.
