This role is designed for a passionate individual eager to begin their journey in the world of full-stack development. As a trainee, you will work closely with senior developers to learn, grow, and contribute to building seamless and innovative software applications. Your dedication to learning and your contributions will have a direct impact on our products and the success of our clients. Responsibilities: Assist in the development of front-end and back-end components of our web applications. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and collaborating with our development team. Learn from hands-on experience and contribute to code that is clean, well-organized, and documented. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance under the guidance of senior developers. Take part in code reviews to maintain and improve code quality. Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas for new features and strategies. Grow in technical prowess through dedicated mentorship and ongoing educational opportunities. Requirements: A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree with relevant project experience. Some familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP is preferred. A foundational understanding of database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of full-stack development. Basic knowledge of Git and version control is advantageous. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Working Hours: Full-time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Jordan Time (JO), Sunday to Thursday.
