As a vital member of our Product Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and engineering solutions across multi-cloud environments to safeguard our clients' systems and data. Job Summary: As a Website Moderator & Database Administrator, you will be responsible for moderating website content, managing databases, ensuring website security, and developing engaging content. The ideal candidate should have experience in web moderation, database administration (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and website content management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Website Moderation & Content Management Monitor and moderate website content, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Review and approve/disapprove user-generated content, ensuring accuracy, quality, and appropriateness. Identify and remove spam, malicious content, or inappropriate user activity. Collaborate with marketing and cybersecurity teams to enhance website security and user experience. 2. Database Administration (DBA) Manage and maintain website databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Perform data backups, recovery, indexing, and performance optimization. Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues and security vulnerabilities. Implement data integrity and security best practices, including role-based access control. 3. Website Content Development Develop, edit, and publish SEO-friendly website content, blogs, and product descriptions. Optimize content using Google Analytics and keyword research tools. Collaborate with designers and developers to improve website layout and user engagement. Stay updated with industry trends and create engaging, informative web content. 4. Security & Compliance Implement website security protocols, ensuring protection against cyber threats (SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF). Work closely with IT teams to enforce GDPR, ISO 27001, and cybersecurity compliance. Conduct regular security audits to detect vulnerabilities in website and databases. 5. Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization Identify and resolve website performance issues, downtime, and broken links. Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and database queries. Support website updates, patches, and plugin integrations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in website moderation, database administration, and content development. Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB). Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO best practices. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and web security protocols. Ability to use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools. Strong troubleshooting skills for website and database-related issues. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: ✔ Experience in server administration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). ✔ Familiarity with content moderation tools and automation scripts. ✔ Certifications in Database Administration (Oracle DBA, MySQL, SQL Server) or SEO Content Writing.
