The Role You will lead the coordination, management and communication of cyber security incidents, working across technical, legal, risk and business stakeholders to keep the organisation ahead of impact and ensure regulatory obligations are met throughout. This role suits someone who has done the technical groundwork already and wants to move into a strategic, communication led seat with real influence. What You Will Do Lead coordination and communication across live cyber security incidents Act as the central point of contact between technical response teams and business, legal, risk and compliance stakeholders Triage incoming threat intelligence and SOC escalations to determine business relevance Support governance, regulatory and reporting obligations through the incident lifecycle Contribute to uplift of incident management playbooks and simulation exercises Experience Required 5+ years in information technology, supported by relevant education or equivalent experience Experience with cyber incident response playbooks and testing activities Understanding of recognised cyber risk frameworks and industry best practice Technical foundation across infrastructure, network, cloud and security controls Strong senior stakeholder communication skills; comfortable engaging CISO and CTO level audiences Why This Role Salary up to $235,000 package plus bonus Genuine career runway toward Assistant Director High visibility seat with direct senior stakeholder exposure from day one Global team exposure across Sydney, Houston and London without relocation Interested Reach out for a fully confidential conversation.
