How this is measured
Employer level (boolean), because sponsorship is a property of the employer's licence rather than of one advert: value = % of employers with at least one advert offering sponsorship; value_json.not_offered_pct = % with at least one advert explicitly ruling it out (an employer can do both on different roles), right_to_work_pct = % mentioning right to work on any advert, advert_share_offered_pct = the employer-weighted share of adverts offering it. n = employers, value_json.adverts = adverts behind them. Adverts: job pages whose linked title the title classifier settled as a real job (an "Apprenticeships", "Early Careers" or "Graduate programme" page is not an advert); pages whose title is not classified yet are left out, so coverage grows as titles are classified. Adverts whose own stated posted / closing date is more than 180 days old are stale and left out.
