Collaborate with the team to plan, build, and deploy features and updates to existing applications. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategies for ongoing and new projects. Optimize product content, including titles, descriptions, and images, to improve visibility and conversions. Monitor daily operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate order processing and timely fulfillment. Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify pricing strategies and market trends. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers to drive sales and revenue. Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge. Business Development Manager (BDM) Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive long-term business growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
