You should have a good understanding of digital technologies and understand how they can be used to take products and services online. Web Developer AYO Media, providing web development in Newcastle, is searching for a talented Web Developer to expand our client side team. Working within our web development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the front-end of our client's web applications, working on everything from e-Commerce platforms to Enterprise level business solutions. The individual should have previous experience of developing accessible, cross-browser websites; using the latest XHTML, CSS and JavaScript practices. They should also have a proven track record of producing non-intrusive, AJAX solutions. Knowledge of rich internet application technologies such as Adobe AIR, Flex and Flash is expected. Communication skills are a must. Not to mention a good sense of humour! UX Designer AYO Media is looking for a talented UX Designer to join our Newcastle-based digital agency. You should have a good understanding of the application of User Centred Design to digital technologies and how they can be used to take products and services online. Operating within our web team, you will work directly with our clients to recognise and model their business requirements. By understanding customer and operational needs, you will assist our development team to build powerful web solutions and aligned digital strategies; assisting their businesses to reduce overheads and accelerating growth.
